I see the lack of morale nearly everywhere that I go. In fact I saw this with someone when she would fume about how inept the leadership at her place of work was. In all fairness, she was somewhat of a b**** so I’m not sure how much of what she said was true. Moving on… I seem to have developed a bad case of Monday’s because of my current work schedule.
So I thought to myself, if a company wants to keep employees from leaving the company for other competitors, they should do it the American way, not the Communist way! I.E., by competing for their “business” by creating a nice place to work; not by being lazy and attempting to create red tapes or threaten them with backwards policies that make the place of work intolerable.
