I don’t know. I want to say half empty though.
Empty/Full being a result of an action, the glass’s “state” is dependant on the action being applied to the glass itself;
i.e. if the glass is being Filled, the glass would be half full.
If the glass is being emptied, it would be half empty.
Three quarters empty.
